Provides telephone support for adult residents of Niagara facing addiction & mental health concerns.
Callers get immediate access to supportive, trained responders who provide information, support, connection to local services & follow-up.

Centre de Santé Communautaire Hamilton/Niagara

A multi-disciplinary agency serving the French speaking population of Niagara & Hamilton Region.
Programs include counselling and community initiatves for children & adults.

Canadian Mental Health Association - Niagara Branch

Urgent Support Services provide mental health counselors that are available to assist individuals (16+ years of age) in meeting immediate needs for problem solving, goal setting and linking to appropriate community supports.

Available Monday – Friday from 11:30AM – 5:30PM at:

Niagara Health

The Niagara Health Mental & Addictions Program offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and ambulatory care programs at a number of their sites. Including but not limited to the following:

PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM (PERT)

A team of specially trained healthcare providers based in the Emergency Department.
Services include assessment of individuals presenting to the E.D. with mental health & addiction issues. Coordination of admission to hospital when required and development of care planning for transition back to the community with follow-up supports in place.

NIAGARA HEALTH IMPACT (Integrated Mobile Program for Acute Community Treatment)

Provides regional mobile services including assessment and treatment for individuals within their home or preferred location.
IMPACT services are available for individuals age 16 years and older with acuteute mental health & addiction issues.
